All intellectual property rights in the App and services (excluding user-generated transactional data) belong to Cash Flow or our licensors. You retain all rights to the financial transactions, invoice details, and customer records you enter into the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Flow and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the services. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your entries and tax/financial calculations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in harmful activity.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
